Push was approached to develop the visual identity and marketing campaign for Strata Embassy, a new strata management company that prioritises client satisfaction over profits. The company sees effective strata management as the unity between all stakeholders in multi-dwelling properties. The brand’s market positioning defines strata as a service industry dependent on client satisfaction. Communicating a passion for service and customer care was vital in executing a successful brand launch campaign.


Through research and analysis of competitors, we identified key objectives for the brand identity launch – to build brand recognition and highlight the knowledge and experience of its founder, Ben Cabello. The company’s mission is to enrich the relationships between communities within multi-unitl properties and their management teams. A sharp focus on service is achieved through caring for both people and property. Strata management is the mediator between developers, contractors, and homeowners. This responsibility demands diplomatic negotiation skills, combined with professional administration. The Strata Embassy logo represents this fusion between strata management and diplomatic communication.


We created a sophisticated visual identity and marketing campaign emphasising a people-centric visual language and web design to assert the company as an accessible support structure to stakeholders. By combining a refined colour palette with a contemporary visual motif, the brand is represented as approachable and friendly to potential clients. Once the tone was established, we implemented a social media marketing campaign to promote the company to selected target markets.
